Louis van Gaal creates winning mentality says former Ajax official
The former Ajax official David Endt, who worked with Louis van Gaal at the Dutch club, says the Manchester United manager creates a winning mentality at a club in a unique way.
'Louis would organise everything so punctually that there was very little chance for things to go wrong. He could create an atmosphere in the whole club, from the groundsman and the kit-man.
After a match, he would be the first man at the ground (the next day). He would shake hands with everyone and say "well done, we have won again. Congratulations" This would seem a little exaggerated but it worked because everybody felt responsible and everybody felt part of the winning team'
