Christians in Politics
Anthony Isaacs gets the latest from Paris, hears from the head of hospital chaplains and finds out what part Christians may play in this year's general election.
Anthony Isaacs starts with an hour of hymns and worship music featuring Huddersfield Choral Society, Norwich Cathedral Choir and the Sheffield Celebration Choir. He also hears how Sheringham Parish Church is going through a renovation scheme and Songs of Praise visits Canary Wharf.
Between 7 and 8, Anthony gets the latest from Paris as the country gathers this afternoon to remember those killed in the attacks this week - also, he's been hearing from the President of the College of Health Care Chaplains, Mark Burleigh, about how they are coping with the pressure on the NHS.
Between 8 and 9, Anthony is asking where Reverend Simon Wilson from Heacham who is involved with Christians in Politics where faith sits in our political world - and should it, indeed, have any place? Also, Anthony talks to Rabbi Jonathan Romain who believes Ched Evans should return to the footballing field and we have another Bible story, told with a modern twist with our resident writer Jane Clamp
