The most decorated Welsh soldier of the 20th Century
Fourteen men from Wales received the honour during the conflict -- including Lewis Pugh Evans from Aberystwyth. Brigadier General Evans was possibly the most highly decorated Welsh soldier of the 20th Century. As we mark the centenary of the outbreak of the First World War, Charlotte Dubenskij met his descendents. She also meets Tory Peer Lord Ashcroft, who has added Evans' medal to his VC collection.
