Demonstrators were back on the streets of Athens at the weekend, as the government voted through its latest budget. And now the Troika meets to decide whether Greece has met the austerity measures needed to receive the next bail out instalment of 1.8 billion Euros. Dr Vassilis Monastiriotis from the Hellenic Observatory and European Institute, part of the London School of Economics, joins us to consider what is happening in the Greek economy. Also, skills gaps can cripple an economy. Jonas Prising, is the chief executive of one of the world's biggest recruitment companies, Manpower. So do skills gaps represent a challenge or an opportunity for his business?
