It's the last shopping weekend before Christmas - when traditionally the shops are heaving - and retail centres across the county are reporting they're much busier than this time last year. In Cheltenham the Regents Arcade has reported a 3% rise in footfall, while the Quays has seen a 9% increase in footfall.
