More at Risk than Before?
The sixteen qualifiers for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations were finalised this week. And it includes one of the countries at the centre of the current outbreak of Ebola, Guinea.
Just last week, after months of confusion, Equatorial Guinea were awarded the right to host the event. Now a human rights campaigner has told Sportshour the decision could increase the risk posed by the disease.
US based Tutu Alicante, director of EG Justice, thinks in moving the tournament, CAF, the governing body of African football, are increasing the risk of ebola.
