When serious crimes like murder are committed we often hear in the media of the impact the crime has had on the family of the deceased. But what is it like for relatives of those who commit serious crimes? We hear how a having a relative who commits murder impacts on families, friendships and relationships. Our guests talk about the difficulty of deciding whether to stick by a parent or child in jail or cut them off. And, they discuss how they have coped with the social stigma of being closely identified with a convicted murderer.
