NFL franchise could generate 拢102m for London
A new independent report by corporate finance firm Deloitte claims a permanent NFL franchise playing eight regular season games a year in London could generate 拢102m for the economy.
Wembley has been hosting games since 2007 with three scheduled for 2014. The report says 2013's matches generated 拢32m for the capital.
The idea of a team based permanently in the capital is being examined by the NFL with strong political support from the Mayor of London.
