Have you faced aggression at work? When Steve Woodman stayed in hospital recently he witnessed abusive treatment being meted out to some staff. Jim talks to Steve about how shocked he was, then hears from the Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust that they recognise not all aggression is deliberate, some is 鈥渃linical鈥�.

Shropshire has many historic buildings, some grand but some small and quirky. Who looks after these much-loved landmarks and prevents them crumbling away?
