A new trust is being set up to run the NHS hospitals in Staffordshire from November, and has been given 拢300m to implement the changes.
The University Hospital of North Staffordshire, formerly the City General, will be re-named as Royal Stoke University Hospital, while scandal-hit Stafford Hospital will become County Hospital.
