Ian Rankin: undecided about independence

The best-selling author of the Inspector Rebus novels said he wanted a "soothsayer" to make hard predictions for the future of Scotland before deciding which way to vote in next month's independence referendum. He also said the views of a celebrity were no more relevant than those of any other individual voter.

From Richard Bacon 20 August 2014.
