Pamela Stephenson: Billy Connolly is "doing extremely well" despite illnesses
The actress and psychologist says her comedian husband is coping well despite being diagnosed with both cancer and Parkinson's Disease. She says his form of Parkinson's is developing so slowly that it's likely he will never see the worst symptoms. She says he probably had the disease for around 10 years before it was diagnosed. He has also recently had an operation to help treat his cancer and is still, she says, his "loveable, curmudgeonly self".
