The North East Ambulance Service has reported itself to the Care Quality Commission after realising patient had been given doses of out of date drugs, including morphine. We’ll be asking how big a problem this is in the NHS and what can be done to avoid it.
And tomorrow is Yorkshire Day. Following the referendum earlier this year on whether or not Yarm should return to North Yorkshire – are the voices for change growing louder on the south side of the Tees?
