Suarez bite: an HIV sufferer says his ban should have been 2 years
There's been a heated reaction around the world, after the Uruguay striker Luis Suarez was given a four-month ban from all forms of football for biting the Italian defender Giorgio Chiellini.
Chiellini himself has said that he thinks the ban is "excessive".
But Mark, who's an HIV sufferer, called in to Adrian Goldberg to say that biting is a serious offence and should have been treated more "sternly", because of the health risk of transferring bodily fluids through someone's skin.
He says that Suarez should have been given a ban of at least two or three years.
