John McEnroe on coaching: 'I would consider it'

John McEnroe says he is open to the idea of becoming a tennis coach in the future.

Speaking on 6-love-6 with Tim Henman, the three-time Wimbledon champion said the idea of part-timing coaching - between 12 and 18 weeks a year - does appeal to him.

McEnroe was linked to Andy Murray's coaching position before the British number one appointed Amelie Mauresmo.
