A survey has found that nearly 70% of OLDER drivers want "Graduated Licensing" introduced for younger motorists. 12 months of limiting the number of passengers they can carry and a "no drive" curfew between midnight and 5am. Hear about a scheme which it's hoped will help cut the number of accidents involving young drivers.
