Sven: Not taking a psychologist was my biggest mistake
England are the worst at World Cup penalty shootouts, having lost all three they've participated in. In 2006, unfortunately for England, Ricardo set a record for the most saves in a shootout.
Although England practiced penalties ahead of the shootout, then England boss Sven Goran Eriksson has been telling Ben Smith it just wasn't adequate preparation.
