UB40 to play at Leicester Music Festival

Leicester is hitting the highlife this summer with dozens and dozens of big names coming to the city as part of the first ever Leicester Music festival.

Among the stars are Billy Ocean, Soul II Soul, Tiny Tempa, Cool and the Gang and UB40.

Ali Campbell, Astro and Mickey Virtue formed UB40, an abbreviation that stands for Unemployment Benefit form 40.

They started playing in 1978 in Birmingham and had 1980s UK chart toppers with 'Red Red Wine', 'Can't Help Falling In Love' and 'I Got You Babe'.
