Student university complaints: 'They don't justify fees'
More than 20,000 students complained to their universities last year, a 10% increase compared to the year before. Some say the complaints follow the rise in tuition fees.
Three students listed their complaints against their university courses including Harry Young, who graduated from the University of New Buckinghamshire last year, in Business Management:
"One of my lecturers actually went to France, I followed her on twitter and she didn’t know I was, and I could see her painting her mantelpiece in France but she didn’t reply to any of my emails from January through to May, and that ultimately caused my grade to go down at the end of the year."
