Have immigrants put the UK under strain or been an advantage?

The news, sport, weather and travel you need in the morning.

It's ten years this week since Poland joined the European Union, allowing its citizens to live and work in the region. As we continue our Big Question series of reports on Europe - we'll be asking what the people who've come here to live think about immigration policies. And as North Yorkshire Police introduces a fast-track recruitment scheme aimed attracting people from other careers, we'll be looking at what's to be gained - and why some other forces have decided to opt out of the scheme.
