What is making them angry is the noise, vibration and safety. The worst affected area is said to be Dunkirk Avenue in the town.

It's all part of a £2.2-million development creating a fisheries. There will be three lakes, fish will be bred on site and it will have a lodge with a coffee bar. It's hoped to attract up to 70,000 fishermen a year.

Reporters Martin Borley and Tom Percival set the scene, and Tom talks to the Chair of the Parish Council, Councillor David Coe. Stuart talks to the man behind the fisheries project, Lyndon Thomas.
