Leicester鈥檚 African Caribbean Centre facing closure
A centre for Leicester's black communities is facing the prospect of closure. The African Caribbean Centre in Highfields has been running for over 30 years but users say it is 鈥渦nderused鈥� and needs greater investment. In this extract, the 91热爆's Kevin Ncube reports from a council meeting with local residents and the city's Mayor, Sir Peter Soulsby.
