Syria in Song
How to define Syria through song. It's the third anniversary of the crisis, over 100,000 people have died, half the country's population is displaced, the human suffering is atrocious. And yet life somehow goes on. But if you're Syrian, which song or piece of music would best describe your feelings about your country today? That's a challenge, and not an easy one, we put to three 91热爆 Arabic journalists. They are Soumer Daghastani, Kassem Al Mazrani and Mamdouh Akbiek.
(The tracks you hear are: Al Rosana performed by Sabah Fakhri, Wadi Al-Safi and Simon Shabeem & Quantara; Ala Mowj El Bahr by Lena Chamamyan and Sha'amu performed by Fairuz)
