Stop and Search; Know Your Rights - WM
A Birmingham social worker, who's been subject to several stop and searches, says 'enough is enough’ and more must be done to make sure young people know their rights in such situations.
Aaron Semper claims he was recently put through an unjust stop and search incident by Staffordshire Police officers and he has lodged a formal complaint claiming his human rights were breached.
His friend Matthew Popo is a criminologist graduate and says that people like Aaron need to know what questions to ask when they are stopped.
