Mum Louise is in remission from non-hodgkins lymphoma, a type of cancer.

Her three sons have received support from Rachel, a family support worker whose role we fund at Cancer Focus Northern Ireland.

She helped to explain cancer, the treatment process and introduced them to children who were experiencing the same thing so they didn't feel like they were alone.

And Rachel has helped Louise put together memory books for her sons to remember her by, as part of the Writing for the Future scheme, in case the worst happens.
