Sam has severe autism, is unable to speak and has limited understanding. When Sam's behaviour became more extreme, his family were on the brink of despair and thought Sam would need full time residential care. Then they discovered St Crispin's After School Club, which offers one-to-one support to children with significant additional support needs.

Thanks to your help we've been able to fund the Manager and two Playworkers. There they have safe, structured play and social opportunities, using the school as a base and going out into the community to use a wider range of appropriate resources. The club has really helped control Sam's behaviour and brought a smile to his face!
