Marvin Gaye is inducted into Michael Ball's Singers Hall of Fame
Nominator: Linda Firsht
From: Edgware
Linda has her choice of Marvin Gaye inducted into the Singers Hall of Fame on Sunday Night with Michael Ball.
Why: "I remember so well in 1968 when he covered "I Heard It Through The Grapevine", slowing down the original Gladys Knight and the Pips version into something much more potent and sexy. His version has never been surpassed."
What a great addition to the list of names in our Hall of Fame. Thanks for your suggestion Linda!
