And, Tim Ecott, a frequent traveller to the Seychelles, finds that supermarket shelves and island hotel buffets are well-stocked now that the former socialist one-party state is embracing the free market economy. Even a farm that supplies its owner's holiday resort on a tiny island, now manages to sell some milk and eggs to the capital.
