The Head teacher of a Northampton school for children with special educational needs says discrimination against her pupils and their families is commonplace.

Reporter Tom Percival meets Head Teacher Shev Webb at Northgate School Arts College and to Sarah Mills whose son attends the school. Stuart talks to Lucy Hurst Brown and Sarah Howard from the Brandon Trust, a charity which supports people with learning disabilities.
