The art of Henry Moore, Francis Bacon…. and Bob Dylan
A new exhibition at the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford draws parallels between two artists often thought of as poles apart – Henry Moore and Francis Bacon. Does seeing their work side by side offer us fresh ways of looking at their painting and sculpture?
While at the National Portrait Gallery in London 12 pastel sketches by Bob Dylan have gone on show. Does Dylan deserve his place on the walls of one of our major museums?
