Syrian opposition activists say chemical weapons attacks have killed hundreds on the outskirts of Damascus. The Syrian Army has released a statement describing the accusations of using chemical weapons as grave and accused them of fabricating these accusations. Would the use of chemical weapons in Syria change the way you see the conflict? We'll be speaking to Syrians at 17:00 GMT.
We will also discuss Bradley Manning's prison sentence. The US soldier convicted of passing secret government documents to anti-secrecy website Wikileaks has been sentenced to 35 years in prison.
