The road safety charity Brake urges drivers to take regular breaks to prevent nodding off at the wheel. Brake claims that one in ten drivers don't stop on a long journey unless they absolutely have to.
Reporter Tom Percival meets truckers at the Red Lion truck stop on the A45 at Upper Heyford, while Stuart talks to motorists at the Watford Gap services on the M1 in Northamptonshire and to Barry Love, who's son was killed in accident when he fell asleep while driving.
