Plans are being drawn up to put Police and Crime Commissioners in charge of Fire and Ambulance services as well.
That would mean one locally-elected representative controlling all 3 emergency services. The 91热爆 Office says it could save billions of pounds of taxpayers' money. Paul spoke to the acting chair of the Fire Brigade's Union in Cambridgeshire Cameron Matthews to find out what he thinks about the proposed move.
