The National Secular Society says NHS money should be spent on front line services, not chaplains and prayer rooms. In Northamptonshire chaplains have increased or at least maintained their hours.

That's the the view of the National Secular Society. It says if churches and faith groups want representation in hospitals they should provide it at their own expense.
A freedom of Information Request by 91热爆 Local Radio found that nearly 40% of England's hospitals have fewer chaplains than they did five years ago, but in Northamptonshire chaplains have increased their working hours slightly or have at least maintained them.
