Sir John Betjeman, Poet Laureate, takes us on a trip through Belfast. Lyrically narrating as the camera guides us in from the sea and across the skyline of the "beautifully situated" city, Betjeman introduces us to the City Hall, the steeples, the houses of the rich and the poor, and the shipyard cranes that look down on the city below.
