Heading to the med? Watch out for the dangerous Jellyfish
Global warming and overfishing is clearing the way for jellyfish to prosper, but scientists armed with a special app on their smartphones are tracking them along thousands of miles of Mediterranean coastline.
Over four years this project has recorded a population growth, and appears to be part of a global phenomenon, with most coastal study areas around the world also reporting a rise in numbers.
Richard Harrington from the Marine Conservation Society told Breakfast鈥檚 Bill Turnbull and Susanna Reid more about this surge in the number of jellyfish.
