How is Detroit fighting chronic decline after the demise of its motor industry?

The almost bankrupt city of Detroit is fighting back after the demise of its once massive motoring industry. In the second of two programmes from the US rustbelt, Jonny Dymond meets people working on the quiet new production lines, such as watchmaking, which have replaced the noisy car factories of the past.

Also on the programme, the man committed to regenerating wastelands, who wants to make formerly industrial Detroit a place where people would like to live.
