The Health Service Commissioning Groups have started consulting on the future of respite care, and are suggesting that all eligible patients should have a personal budget.

It's created uncertainty about the future of Favell House respite centre in Northampton. Nene Commissioning Group says Favell House won't close, but Northampton North Conservative MP Michael Ellis says he thinks it will.

Reporter Willy Gilder meets Maureen Jennings who uses Favell House, while Stuart talks to Dr Matthew Davies from NHS Nene Clinical Commissioning Group, and to Michael Ellis.
