Now, you often hear about business being a man's world, but it will be women in business that will be recognised at a special award ceremony in Leicester next month.
The Leicester Asian Business Association (LABA) will host its Women's Awards on Friday 7th June and are currently looking for nominations for not only enterprising women but unsung heroines in the local community.
Presenter, Kamlesh Purohit spoke to the Chair of the LABA Women's Network - Rani Mahal about why they opened up the awards this year.
