Congo mothers carry heaviest burdens - Birmingham
The Democratic Republic of Congo is the world's toughest place to raise children, according to a report by Save the Children.
Out of 176 countries, the bottom 10 were all from sub-Saharan Africa, with one woman in 30 dying from pregnancy-related causes on average and one child in seven dying before their fifth birthday.
Didier Kisala, Grace Kayumbi and Noella Bukasi are members of a 7000-strong Congolese community in Birmingham, and joined Chatback's Nikki Tapper in the studio.
In this clip Grace leads the discussion, by explaining the political instability that鈥檚 making life hard on the ground for women.
