Job interviews: Employers & Employees 'on different planets'

Sylvia Tidy-Harris a business woman, who runs her own talent agencies and speakers bureaus, and 22-year-old Chris Woodward, who has been out of work for two years, discuss with Rachel Burden and Nicky Campbell whether there is a gulf between what employees and employers expect from each other in job interviews and the world of work.

A new study claims young people and employers are often on "completely different planets" and it could be making youth unemployment worse. The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development says 16 to 24-year-olds, and the people who could give them jobs just don't understand each other.
