X Factor鈥檚 Jahmene Douglas shares domestic violence story
Jahmene Douglas tells Victoria Derbyshire about the domestic abuse his mother suffered from his father, who was also violent towards him. Ten years after his father was sent to prison he auditioned for the X Factor and last year finished runner-up. He's become an ambassador for Women's Aid and here he reports for us from a refuge, run by the charity Hestia to speak to some of the women there who have managed to escape abusive partners.
