Northern Ireland Assembly to be set up

Following the 'Yes' vote in the referendum on the Good Friday Agreement, a new power-sharing Assembly will be set up in Northern Ireland with elections on 25 June 1998. 108 members will be elected with key decisions requiring 'parallel consent', meaning a majority of both nationalist and unionist members. Mark Devenport reports from Belfast on the likely issues it will face.
