Some letting agents in Northamptonshire are accused of breaking the law by not dealing effectively with issues raised by tenants.

The claim comes from Central and East Northamptonshire Citizen's Advice Bureau who say letting agents are refusing to hand over landlord details to tenants, and are holding on to deposits owed to renters.

Reporter Tom Percival meets Josh who lives in a rented flat in Northampton and says he has been let down time and again by the letting agent. Stuart talks to Martin Lord, the Chief Executive of Central and East Northamptonshire's Citizen's Advice Bureau, to Ian Potter, Managing Director of ARLA - the Association of Residential Letting Agents - who lives in Northampton, and to Stephen Parrot, who runs the county-wide letting agency Great Lets.
