Harry Nilsson is inducted into the Singers Hall of Fame
Nominator: Keith Shepherd
From: Belton, Norfolk
Keith nominates Harry Nilsson for a place in Michael Ball's Singers Hall of Fame on Radio 2.
Why: "I would like to add Harry Nilsson to the Singers Hall of Fame. I am sure you agree that his unique style, feel and passion were first class. I don't think anyone has covered any of his songs and bettered it. I would like to hear his cover of 'Over the Rainbow'; the orchestration is superb, it complements his voice perfectly, and I doubt many will have heard this version of such an iconic song..."
What a perfect choice, thank-you Keith!
