William Whiskerson – Jobs and tourism in a seaside town
William Whiskerson visits the seaside town of Weymouth. He explores the beach and sees tourists on the esplanade. He then visits a child whose dad owns a fish restaurant. They look around the restaurant and then decide to collect some fish for today's menu. They meet a fisherman and travel to sea in his boat. William sees how maps are used to find the fish and learns about sustainable fishing. They then use a pole and line to catch some mackerel to sell in the restaurant. The clip also demonstrates the journey of a mackerel from ocean to plate.
