Italian communities in south Wales during World War Two
Wales and the History of the World: the story of the Italian community in the south Wales valleys who were interned after Mussolini declared war in 1940. Some were sent to Canada on the Arandora Star in 1940, which left Liverpool only to be sunk by a German U-Boat in the mid-Atlantic.
