Police 'Facewatch' App Hailed A Success

Earlier this year Northamptonshire Police became one of 10 forces to sign up to a new mobile phone app allowing members of the public to identify local people of interest. They say it's working.

Earlier this year Northamptonshire Police became one of 10 forces across the country to sign up to a new mobile phone app allowing members of the public to identify local 'people of interest' and report them anonymously. They say it's proving to be succesful.

The app is called Facewatch. Reporter Willy Gilder heard how it's working from Bob Southgate of Northamptonshire Police, while reporter Tom Percival asked for the views of people in Northampton.
