John R Walker is a television extra - he's racked up around 2000 performances in everything from Jonathan Creek, to Ashes to Ashes, Doctors to Midsomer Murders. But he's calling time on his career, to stick to the day job in Tesco and he's written a book about his experiences called Extra Time. He explains why he has been so successful.
