Sweet Baboo chat to Marc Riley
Get the Welsh Cakes out - it's the mighty North Wellian Sweet Baboo in conversation with Marc Riley. Steve Black is a Riley show stalwart - we are very excited to have him back.
Let's Go Swimming Wild is the first track to be taken from Sweet Baboo's forthcoming fourth album Ships which is released on Moshi Moshi on 4th Feb. It's a concept album about the sea and was recorded with long time collaborator The Voluntary Butler Scheme (also a Riley Favourite).
Steve Black has worked with Cate Le Bon, Slow Club and H. Hawkline. He's also performed with and produced Euros Childs, The Pictish Trail, The Voluntary Butler Scheme and Islet and collaborated with Gruff Rhys. Busy boy.
